Execption: Upon initial receipt of the doll, if there appears to be a defect or damage, please contact us within 1 hours at info@dultfancyhome.com
We do not offer refunds for any other reason other than a product damaged on arrival.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sex Dolls: All sex dolls and other intimate products are non-returnable and non-refundable once they leave our facility. This policy ensures the highest standards of hygiene and safety for all our customers.
  • Opened Packaging: Any product that has been opened or used will not be eligible for a refund or return.

Order Cancellations:

  • Before Shipment: Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. If you wish to cancel an order within this time frame, please contact our customer support team at info@adultfancyhome.com with your order details.
  • After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Damaged or Defective Products:

We take great care to ensure that all our products are of the highest quality. However, if you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  2. Provide photos of the damage or defect, along with your order number.
  3. If the product is deemed defective, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost.

Custom Orders:

Custom-made dolls are designed based on your specifications. As these are one-of-a-kind items, custom orders cannot be refunded or canceled once the production process has begun.

Shipping Fees:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, even if the order is canceled or returned due to defects.
  • In the case of a defective item, shipping for the replacement will be covered by Adult Fancy Home.
